west arms is a gem! we loved the warm, cozy vibe with the roaring fires everywhere. the lamb for dinner was exceptional, cooked to perfection. breakfast was also delicious. the staff was welcoming, and we felt right at home.

I really enjoyed the comfortable bedroom and the character of the place. The staff were extremely polite and helpful, which made our stay even better. we were perfectly positioned to explore nearby attractions, with Plas Nantyr only around 5 km away and lovely park views just a short stroll away.

The four poster bed was a delightful surprise. WiFi connection was poor in the room.

It worked fine in public areas, but my room had weak connectivity. The decor felt charming yet slightly outdated. I appreciated the cozy atmosphere and friendly service despite a few minor hiccups.
